The former couldn't have been achieved without the latter and I truly believe if I can completely change my path in life then anyone can. Over the course of a few years I went from debilitating anxiety to doing stand up comedy - it turns out that is most people's worst nightmare! For me, it was my soul's calling to give people the gift of laughter. I used a mix of traditional and spiritual techniques and teach my clients the very same.
